We will keep making changes until you’re happy with the project. Sometimes we may need to make two changes, but usually one change is enough!
You do, after which you can transfer the ownership to your clients.
That depends entirely on you. There are more than one way in which we can communicate:
- No Contact: We submit all information and resources directly to a member on your team.
- Semi-Contact: We won’t email or message your client directly, but we will participate in meetings. If you provide us with an @yourcomanydomain.com email, we’ll use this inbox to review client emails.
Full Contact: We’ll email and schedule meetings from an @aldiserv.com address, but we will present ourselves as either a sister company or a direct extension of your brand.
At the start of our partnership, we’ll sign any non-disclosure or non-compete agreements your agency provides to protect each party’s assets and proprietary work.
Our bi-lateral non-disclosure agreement guarantees the confidentiality of all files and sensitive information shared by the client. We will not disclose sensitive files to anyone outside of our organization. If necessary, we are willing to sign additional agreements to ensure the protection of your clients’ sensitive information.
We believe in honesty and transparency. If we don’t work well together, we will have a plan to end our partnership (offboarding plan). If there are any problems during our time working together, we will talk about them and find a solution. We will take 2 weeks to end our partnership, and make sure everything is fair for everyone involved.
Partners can start with a single project, but we also offer bulk discounts so they can earn more profit as they expand. For instance, if a partner outsources 10 Website Development projects to us, we may revise our pricing.
As a remote white-label B2B graphic design agency, we are flexible in our communication methods. We use different platforms to converse with our partners, organize tasks, and provide updates. If needed, we can even assign a dedicated team member who works exclusively in the partner’s time zone.
At Aldiserv, our graphic designers will communicate with you through your preferred channels. We’ll use online platforms to keep you updated on the progress and milestones of the project, and we’ll reach out to you if we need any input from you.
